For support, email support@dontspeed.app. During beta, TestFlight feedback is still the fastest path because it can include build, device, and screenshot context.

Before you report a problem

Confirm whether the drive was active with the Start Drive control.
Use Alert Preview in Settings to check sound without driving, starting GPS, or saving a log entry.
If you are a tester, use the Usage tab's Copy QA Summary action and paste it into your report.
If live speed limits were enabled, note whether the issue happened while stopped, moving, or after the screen locked.

Common questions

Why does the app ask for Always Location?

Only active drives use background updates. Always Location lets Don't Speed keep monitoring if your screen locks during a drive.

Does the app work without live speed-limit data?

You can still preview alerts and test GPS behavior, but Don't Speed will not warn against a made-up default limit.

Where are logs stored?

Overspeed logs stay on your iPhone and can be retained for 7 days, 30 days, or until manually deleted.
